Chicken 1/2 kg
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Naga King Chilli 3 pcs
Bamboo Shoots 200 gms
Salt to taste
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Wash and Clean the chicken thoroughly.
Add the vinegar, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to the raw, cleaned chicken, mix it thoroughly and let it stand for 15 mins.
Take the oil in a deep base vessel, pop the cumin and add the chicken to it. Let it cook for 10-12 mins.
Chop the bamboo shoots fine and add to the chicken.
Take the Naga King Chilli, chopped and add it next. Let the chicken cook till tender.
Serve it with rice and dal.
